Pull bananas out of freezer (allow 3-4 hours to freeze) and place in food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, no liquid is required but water or coconut water may be added if your blender struggles to make it smooth. Once blended, place in bowl. Great creative with your toppings! Some good ones are strawberries, maple syrup, dates and mulberries!!
