1/2 cup chia seeds 1 cup mashed banana 1 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup raw honey 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1 cup coconut water 2.5 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla bean powder pinch of sea salt (optional)
For a fat-free alternative, omit nuts and seeds and replace with 2 frozen bananas! You may want to use less honey, too.
DIRECTIONS Blend everything except the chia seeds until smooth in the blender. Pour cream over chia seeds and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes (best consistency is 2+hours) in refrigerator.
Top with fresh fruit, raw nuts, dried fruit, or drizzle with honey.
