1 cup medjool or halaway dates, pitted
1 small, ripe + soft fuyu persimmon, peeled
2-3 tbsp fresh coconut water (add slowly as not to over water)
a dash of vanilla powder
These ingredients will create a flavor profile very similar to a whipped caramel sauce. For optional flavor profiles, add a dash of the following spices:
• Cinnamon + Nutmeg = for a warming taste
• Curry spice = for a savory taste
• Cayenne spice = for a spicy taste
• Dried Lavender = for a floral taste
Blend all ingredients into a creamy consistency + enjoy!
• Top on banana “nice cream” or dip with chopped fruit!
