3. Remove The Kitchen Companion page and have it laminated.
4. Use a clipboard to hold papers together. Or punch holes in corner and bind with a ring!
​5. Use daily to help you track your cleanse experience.

JOURNAL TIPS:
​
One of our favorite features of the journal is “The Kitchen Companion”. This page is meant to be laminated so that you can bring it in your kitchen and write on it with a dry erase marker. This can help us keep track of the foods we are focused on as well as the foods we need to stock up on when we are running low!

We recommend making time for journaling everyday! We personally journal in the morning upon waking and at night before bed.
