1/4 cup raw cashews (or walnuts) soaked for 1 hour 3/4 cup medjool dates, pitted 1 tsp vanilla bean powder 1/4 cup raw carob powder 1/4 cup raw honey pinch of sea salt
For a fat free alternative, omit nuts and blend all ingredients with 2 frozen bananas for a creamy, brownie ice cream. Top with your raspberries and strawberries!
Place nuts and dates in food processor and blend til they are chunky-not too smooth and not like a paste. Add the vanilla, carob, honey, and salt, then blend into a smooth batter. Pour and press batter into a parchment paper lined dish and place in freezer for an hour. Top with raspberries, wild blueberries, and/or serve with banana nice cream!
