2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 of an avocado (optional)
1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup small white onion, chopped
1/4 cup salt-free sundried tomatoes
Sea salt, to taste
In a food processor, pulse ingredients together to desired texture. Blend just enough for a chunky, dip texture. Mix in cilantro, chopped onions, and sea salt by hand.
Use as a veggie dip or salad topper!
