We know 14 days feels long at this point, but trust us— it will go fast! Your first week will feel the hardest and by the second week you will feel more in the flow.
Most if you signing up will be going raw for as long as you can. We do encourage this, however please do not see this as a challenge. Do not compare yourself to others. Healing is not a race, it is a journey. The body needs your attention and to slow things down with a cooked meal when it’s needed is a positive thing.
Remember, if you fall of he train simply get back on it the next day. Even one day raw is a big deal! One week, even bigger! So go slow and allow this journey to unfold without a mental expectation of how it is supposed to be.

It may not feel like much is happening or it may feel like you are going in the opposite direction. But at the end, you realize this journey is a masterpiece.
The key to success on this cleanse is PREPRATION. Be sure to get your fruit ahead of time so that it can ripen. If bananas over ripen, freeze them. Always have some fruit around that you can grab and easily eat. We recommended shopping for the week ahead to be sure you have everything you need!
