Our #1 shopping tip is to go to the store at least a 4-5 days ahead of when you’ll be eating your meals.
Look through the recipes we have created for you and get an idea of what you will be needing!

In addition to these foods, you should also grab lots of snacks, like fruits and other veggies you enjoy!

GLOW TIP: You will likely need, at the minimum, 3-5 bananas each day. So be sure to prepare those ahead by buying a lot of them. If they ripen too quickly you can always freeze them. They are amazing in smoothies!
During the first week, write down how much you are eating each day of each item on The Kitchen Companion (located in your journal). This will simplify your life in the long run of this cleanse and ensure you aren’t at the store constantly!
