This is the fun part, you guys! Our pro tip: EAT AS MUCH AS YOU NEED to feel full and energized.
When it comes to fruits and veggies, the sky is the limit.
You will likely find yourself feeling more hungry than usual because raw food breaks down quickly. This means you will need to eat more often.
Aim to eat a meal or snack every 90 minutes. If you go too long without eating you will find yourself getting very tired and irritable (this is not good for our adrenals!)

For most, a typical day will look like:
LEMON WATER or CELERY JUICE
FRUIT BOWL or SMOOTHIE
SMOOTHIE or SALAD
SALAD, SUSHI, SOUP or ZOODLE DISH
(add cooked foods at dinner if needed)

Utilize your journal to write out all of you meals and foods you are focusing on for the day.
A great snack to keep on hand is raw honey or dates with celery sticks!
If you are going to eat cooked meals, be sure to eat them at least 1-hour after eating fruit. Most will find it is ideal to eat cooked meals at the end of the day.
Be sure to eat adrenal snacks. This will help you if fruit often makes you feel tried or lightheaded.
