Prepping cauli-rice (aka cauliflower rice!) ahead of time is a great way to create a solid base for a satisfying meal.
To create some yummy cauli rice, simply break apart of head of cauliflower into florets and place in a high speed blender or food processor. You can also grate by hand.
You can store your cauli-rice for up to 4-5 days in the fridge. Simply add sea salt and a fresh squeeze of lime when you are ready to eat. Too with your veggies and dressings of choice and you have yourself an amazing meal!
