This topic is an important one. We want you to be able to successfully and intuitively manage your detox symtpoms. Detox can show up as: brain fog, anxiety, depression, lethargy, digestive upset and difficulty sleeping— along with the re-surfacing of many “old” symptoms.

To some degree, experiencing a healing crisis where things get worse before they better is actually a positive sign of your body detoxifying.
You can slow down detox symptoms by encorporating more fats and also by adding a warm, grounding meal of potatoes or sweet potatoes.
Also, it is important to stay hydrated and drink lots of water! We recommend at least 64 ounces a day while cleansing.

To assist your body with proper elimination, it is helpful to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory system. You can do this in a variety of ways, choosing 2 or 3 from the list below is sufficient to aid your body in the releasing process:

INFARED SAUNA (15-20 minutes)
DRY SKIN BRUSHING
CASTOR OIL LIVER PACKS
WALKS (15-30 minutes)
GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION
STRETCHING (this can be done in bed, too!)
