1 small watermelon or 1/2 large watermelon
5 mint leaves

This simple beverages is one of the most detoxifying of all. Watermelon goes DEEP into the body and removes stored toxins.
You can juice the melon (including the rind if it's organic), mint, and lime OR you can blend the melon (without rind), mint, and lime juice in a high speed blender.
Either way, melon is most effective when enjoyed away from other food. It's a great way to start the morning for this reason!
