1-2 fruits of your choice (ex. mangos, peaches, pineapple)
A sprinkle of finely chopped fresh basil, cilantro or favorite spice blend
A squeeze of lemon or lime
A sprinkle of sea salt
Cut up the fruit and put it into the bowl with your greens. Using your hands, combine the fruit and greens and “smoosh” the fruit a little to release their juices. So easy + delicious!
• This dressing is great on a bed of salad greens. Simply break up the greens and place in a large serving bowl.
